You want to use about fifty diapers here to make the bottom layer. remember to use rubber bands and tape to secure the diapers.
4. Now put the two layers of diapers together and connect them with the pins. Now lets get creative. Dress up the diaper cake with the baby towels, toys, teddy bears and dolls. Make it look outstanding. cover up the bands and tapes with ribbons and material.
